About us
Jawm (Duangpayom Kuginda)

Jawm was 12 years old, when her father's younger brother raped her. The uncle died of AIDS nearly a year later, and in the middle of 2003, Jawm, who was studying Matayom2 (8th grade) showed signs of a mysterious illness. She wound up with AIDS, TB, and a severe bacterial infection. The mother, who had re-married, dropped her off at Samelli House, and she and her new husband went to work in Malaysia. Jawm is a very thin and seriously sick girl, and has bouts of depression. She is a shy, sensitive little girl who is bravely coping with her karma.

Jawm has no sponsor. This could be your chance to secure a better future for this child!
