In October 2002 Tiffy's mother brought him into Sarnelli House. Both were smelling and dirty. Tiffy was sick and so was his mother. His mother wished to leave Tiffy behind in Sarnelli House because his parents were divorced before Tiffy was born.
Sarnelli House asked the mother to sign documents for adoption and for medical checks. Tiffy is still too young to be checked for the HIV virus, but he is getting better in the friendly environment of Sarnelli House.
